Breathwork
In a Breathwork session we explore the intimate relationship between the body mind and breath. Breathing reflects consciousness so when we work with one, we naturally effect the other. Our breath serves as a vital network interconnecting our physical, mental and emotional states. Through the breath, we can access and release suppressed emotion and reestablish our conscious connection with Life.
Depending on a client’s needs and goals a Breath session may include:
